Paste the leaf certificate, its intermediate(s), and optionally the root — in any order. Concatenate multiple PEM blocks or upload a full-chain file.

Equivalent OpenSSL command

openssl verify -CAfile chain.pem leaf.pem

Put every certificate except the leaf (intermediates, and the root if you have it) into chain.pem. Order doesn't matter for -CAfile.

Runs entirely in your browser. Certificates, keys and passwords you enter here are processed locally with JavaScript and are never uploaded or sent to any server — nothing is stored, logged or transmitted.
